Please take note, if you would like to receive a physical Authorization card for Pennsic, your *completed* paperwork must be received by July 5, 2019. Before sending your paperwork, please be sure the following is completed:
- Full legal name
- Date of Birth
- Email (if you’d like notification of your card being processed)
- Previous card number (if a renewal)
- FULL address
- Names AND signatures of both marshals (unless your card has not yet expired)
- Signature and date on waiver
Any errors or incomplete paperwork may result in a delay in receiving your physical card.
Please note, there is no cut-off date for authorizations. Temporary authorizations and digital photos of authorizations will be accepted. This cut-off date is ONLY for those wishing to have their physical card prior to Pennsic.
